CHRISTMAS IS NOT WHAT'S UNDER THE TREE
A few days from now it’s Christmas the most awaited day of everyone (especially me lol) it’s the season of gift giving, family gathering, Christmas parties and many more. People are cramming in the malls catching up with the Christmas sale shopping, long queues at the counter makes waiting worse and on the way home the brimming road because of heavy traffic tsk! tsk! but at the end of the day there are numerous reason to be thankful of. It has been a tradition for me to be the one giving every Christmas not because I have more to give but because the feeling of fulfillment is incomparable. This year, Christmas is different than the usual, I have been involved in charity work and the most recent is my involvement in Bible Study that helped me in many ways and changed me into a better person every day. I’m so thankful knowing the people who made it possible Pastor Miguel, Pastor Sherwin and Pastor Francis, who’s been keen week over week to share His words, not to mention the time and effort they have been exerting just to see us and be on time, I call them the Three Musketeers of God :). The founder and the Sphere head of the BGC cell group Unit Manager Jessa Bisares who has been spiritually inclined, my cell mates Angel Fegalan, Dianne Bongato, Karen Cruz, Karen Patinio, Eden Oliquino and Steph you guys are amazing and words are not enough to thank you all, God will give what your heart desire. As a way of thanking God for making things possible and making the year 2016 awesome, a year end Christmas Party was initiated by our very own Pastor Miguel held last December 13, 2016 at Picadilly Star Building The Fort, and everyone was invited, people from different places flooded the event and I was flabbergast that despite the hectic schedule and the fact that it was Tuesday people have the time to attend the event. It was a night of Honoring God and at the same time it was full of surprises and a fun filled event. A superb performance by Actress/ Singer, songwriter and Social Media Influencer Isabelle De leon was expected who also shared her life changing testimony.

Let us not forget that Christmas is not just about the material things that we give or receive nor the satisfying feeling of the things we have. For me Christmas is about the time we give to our love ones, Christmas is to appreciate the smallest blessings, Christmas is thanking God despite the unfortunate events in our lives and it is never what's under the tree.
